Asana brings New Work to companies.
Asana founders Dustin Moskovitz and Justin "JR" Rosenstein met while leading development teams at Facebook. They noticed that each employee spent more than half of their day on “work about work."
Dustin and JR founded Asana and developed a work management tool to coordinate work in a clearly structured and centralised manner while automating processes.

Asana: The project management tool that links work management & New Work.

Once the projects pile up and documents get lost in unorganised folders, employees spend the vast majority of their time updating files and searching for information. This is where project management tool Asana comes into play as everyone in the team can quickly find and add information and focus on their actual work.

Asana puts New Work at the forefront of this solution. New Work focuses on employees and involves them in decision-making processes. Work with purpose revolving around project teams and mutual trust are just as much a part of New Work as flexibility and self-determination.

The challenge:

Demonstrating the relevance of the company's own product while also showing companies how New Work can help them succeed. The aim of the campaign was to increase awareness about Asana and to focus on the link between work management and New Work by presenting the benefits of New Work to companies. This in turn provided an opportunity to identify interested companies and generate downloads with New Work content.

The solution: Advertising on XING

Native XING Ads provided a significant boost in brand awareness along with excellent targeting and reach within a high-affinity business environment.

Thanks to the smooth ad design process in XING AdManager, campaigns were created with a custom design and could be swiftly adapted in line with changing lead requirements.

The ads focused primarily on user value for the target group. Interested users were targeted accordingly and directed to a corresponding landing page with a form to capture their details and get access to the lead magnet – a number of exclusive white papers all about successful and fruitful collaboration in modern teams.
